Terms of Use
These terms apply to the DriverGigsPro early-access website and any private-beta access we provide.
Early-access service
DriverGigsPro is under development. Features may be added, changed, interrupted, or removed during the beta. We may limit or end access when needed to test, maintain, or protect the service.
No employment or earnings promise
DriverGigsPro is an organization and planning tool for independent drivers. It is not an employer, staffing agency, or job-placement service. We do not guarantee gigs, contracts, customers, eligibility, acceptance, revenue, or earnings.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your account, evaluating opportunities independently, and following applicable laws, licenses, insurance requirements, platform rules, and contracts. Do not upload unlawful material or content you do not have the right to use.
Beta data and availability
Although we take reasonable steps to operate and protect the service, beta software may contain errors and may be unavailable. Keep copies of records you cannot afford to lose. The service is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law.
Payments
This early-access website does not collect payment information. If paid plans are introduced later, we will present the price and applicable terms before any purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that harms the service, impersonate another person, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Changes and contact
